Native to Mendoza the city of sun and good wine was always attracted to vineyards Since high school he realized that wine making was acombination of science accuracy and a handmade personal touch of the person who elaborated it After he got degree as Enologist he focused on improving his know leadge by wine harvest all around the world On those trips around Montepellier Rioja, Australia and New Zealand he discovered new styles and ideas that were his inspiration to what was about to come Passionated to be part of the discovery of a new viticulture region in Argentina, he decided to move to San Juan in 2004 where Finca Las Moras terroir takes place A new wine project open to innovation and thinking out of the box was Eduardo’s way to apply all his talent because as he says 80 of the wine relies on the terroir conditions as grapes quality climate conditions and type of soil but the remaining 20 depends on the enologist skills to strengthen those key factors
